Southern Holiday wants to activate the Charlotte arts community.

It is not enough for people to simply do art, there must be an arts community to sustain those who do art. Moreover, there must be a way for Charlotte at large to connect with the various art communities within Charlotte. By Southern Holiday reaching out to include as many of the art communities as possible as well as having events in mulitipule locations, it is the goal to engage Charlotte in a dialogue that will hopefully lead to a sustainable art culture.
